At Igloo®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
